Job summary

Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a customer support technician to handle first-level technical support for cars, LGV/HGV. You will analyze problems, follow incident processes, and collaborate with Bosch sites. The role offers hybrid work options and training opportunities.

Required are vocational automotive education and 1–3 years of workshop experience, with Finnish C1 and English B2 proficiency. A customer‑facing background is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Education: master mechanic or automotive technician certificate.
• Experience: 1–3 years in workshops with cars and LGV/HGV.
• Languages: Finnish C1 and English B2 at minimum; other languages a plus.
• Team player with service and solutions focus.
• Basic IT knowledge; customer-facing experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level technical support via calls, emails and other channels.
• Analyse technical problems and perform root cause analysis for vehicles.
• Follow incident processes and track incidents in the system.
• Maintain communication with colleagues across Bosch sites and teams.
• Input for FAQ and knowledge base; support customers professionally.
• Willingness to work in office and/or remote according to business needs.
