Unilabs in Porto, Portugal seeks a Transition Manager Finance Operations to plan, manage and deliver one or more transition projects moving financial processes to the Business Service Center in Porto. You will lead end-to-end migrations across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Tax and Financial Reporting, ensuring continuity and timely, controlled transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, auditing, or a related field.
• More than three years of relevant professional experience, preferably at a Big Four accounting firm or comparable consulting
• Experience leading or core role in accounting, finance transformation, or process outsourcing projects.
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and financial closing procedures.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end responsibility for one or more accounting process migration projects.
• Develop transition plans with scope, milestones, timelines, resources and success criteria.
• Manage all phases from analysis to stabilization and handover to operations.
• Define governance and lead steering committees, meetings and decision forums.
• Prepare regular status reports for executives and monitor schedule, budget, and risks.
• Coordinate data migrations, access, interfaces and global harmonization of processes.
