Job summary

Euronext in Porto is seeking a Finance Processes & Continuous Improvement Lead to join the Finance team, reporting to the Head of Group Corporate Programmes and Operations.

You will drive end-to-end process governance, lead CI initiatives and coordinate cross-functional improvements with IT and Data teams, delivering measurable value. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in an international setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Finance Transformation, Process Excellence or Continuous Improvement.
• Proven experience driving process optimisation, automation and AI initiatives in complex international environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional governance experience.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
• Finance processes, ERP systems and project delivery methodologies.
• Lean, Six Sigma and Agile principles.
• Strategic, data‑driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance process governance across owners to drive end-to-end accountability.
• Own Continuous Improvement governance and maintain Finance operating model.
• Drive cross-functional reviews to standardise and optimise Finance operations.
• Build and manage the Finance improvement roadmap by business value and resources.
• Facilitate root‑cause analysis and CI workshops to solve operational challenges.
• Coordinate delivery and adoption of improvements with IT and Data teams.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to increase efficiency and controls.
• Track benefits, KPIs and portfolio performance.
