Promptly Health is building a lean finance function across Europe in 2026, blending FP&A, reporting and OSOT. You will own the monthly reporting pack, KPI dashboards, and the Airtable data layer, while ensuring data integrity for funded projects like PT2030, PRR, SIFIDE and Horizon Europe.

In this hands-on role you will support budget cycles, maintain unit economics, automate processes with AI and an ERP interface, and collaborate with the funded-projects lead to drive governance and timely

Qualificações

• Degree in finance, management, economics or accounting required.
• 1–3 years in FP&A, controlling, audit or corporate finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and modelling experience.
• Structured data thinking with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Produce the monthly reporting pack and KPI dashboards—budget vs. actual by department, with variance commentary for review.
• Support the annual budget and forecast cycles.
• Maintain unit economics and profitability views.
• Turn ad hoc analyses for Finance Manager and leadership.
• Support OSOT & automation development and daily AI-assisted work.
• Manage funded projects cost allocation, invoices and reporting.
