Bloq.it in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager – Field Operations to own the financial picture for a distributed, multi-country field network. You will partner with country managers and ops leaders to translate operational scale into actionable numbers.

You will build unit economics, run monthly reviews, manage rolling forecasts, and assess cost exposure. The role combines finance discipline with hands-on operational insight in a fast-growing tech logistics environment.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years in FP&A, financial controlling, or management Controlling.
• Experience with distributed field teams and multi-country operations.
• Ability to build P&L from operational data and allocate costs.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills with pivot tables and scenarios.
• Experience extracting data from ERP/BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own the P&L for field operations across all active countries.
• Build unit economics per core activity (costs by labour, travel, parts).
• Lead monthly reviews with country managers and provide variance insights.
• Track technician utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Own rolling forecast for field operations including new country launches.
• Analyze SLA cost exposure and align cost-to-serve with contracts.
