Esko, a Veralto company, seeks a remote FP&A Systems & Reporting Analyst based in Europe. The role drives OneStream administration, master data governance, and reporting across budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.

You will partner with leaders to support close cycles, planning, and analytics while improving processes and governance. You will own dashboards, data integrity, and scalable reporting, delivering executive-ready insight and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Systems, Finance Transformation, Business Analytics, or Financial Reporting.
• Hands-on experience administering OneStream or a comparable EPM platform.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience developing management reporting and executive dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large data sets and complex reporting environments.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary OneStream administrator and subject matter expert for the platform.
• Own administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the OneStream application and dashboards.
• Manage user security, roles, access provisioning, and periodic access reviews.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards, reporting packages, and business rules.
• Support close, forecasting, and planning cycles within OneStream.
• Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues and deliver system enhancements.
• Drive process automation initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation and governance procedures.
• Own finance master data and operational hierarchies.
• Perform regular audits and reviews to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated management reporting, dashboards, and KPI scorecards.
• Deliver insightful analysis that combines financial and non-financial metrics.
• Ensure reporting consistency across planning, actuals, and management reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc FP&A support and special projects.
