Job summary

Daikin Europe NV is seeking a Field Service Technician to support the DX area across Portugal, with a focus on field service and customer-facing technical guidance. You will work on installation, calibration and fault diagnosis of DX equipment, travelling to customer sites as needed.

The role requires 3 years of DX experience, a Mechanical Engineering degree or HVAC technical training, F-Gas certification, and willingness to travel nationally. Fluency in English (min. B1) is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of installation/maintenance experience with DX equipment.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC-related technical field.
• F-Gas Certification is required.
• Able to travel nationally.
• Good command of English (min. B1).

Responsibilities

• Install, validate, configure and test DX equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair faults in the field.
• Provide technical assistance to partners and customers on site.
• Support internal teams with on-site troubleshooting and guidance.

Your role As a Field Service Technician, you will play an essential role in technical support to our partners, ensuring the correct functioning of our equipment.

What we are looking for
