Job summary

Daikin Group in Portugal is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the DX area. You will perform system commissioning, diagnose faults, and provide on-site technical assistance to installers and customers.

You will travel nationally, applying hands-on expertise with DX equipment and working with an autonomous, responsible profile. English knowledge (B1) is required. Daikin offers health insurance, vacation days, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in installation/maintenance of DX equipment.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC technical course.
• F-Gas Certification.
• Autonomous, responsible profile with good communication skills.
• Availability to travel nationally.
• Knowledge of English (minimum B1).

Responsibilities

• Perform system commissioning (validation, configuration and testing).
• Diagnose and repair faults on DX equipment.
• Provide technical field assistance to installers and customers.
• Ensure expert in-house technical support for the team.

We are currently strengthening our team in Portugal and are looking for a Field Service Technician to integrate the DX area.

Your role

As a Field Service Technician, you will play an essential role in technical support to our partners, ensuring the correct functioning of our equipment.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Perform system commissioning (validation, configuration and testing)

What we are looking for

• Minimum experience of 3 years in installation/maintenance of DX equipment
