Pt22 Berner, S.A. in Braga, Portugal, seeks a driven Field Sales Representative to lead selling across Construction, Mobility and Industry sectors.

You will drive deals, manage key accounts, and promote application-based selling while representing Berner as a premium brand. You will coordinate omnichannel efforts, plan visits to high-potential customers, ensure data quality in CRM, and report progress to your supervisor to hit sales targets.

Formación

• Experience in field sales, preferably B2B.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and close deals across all sales topics in the sales area.
• Manage and grow the customer platform to increase market share.
• Foster omnichannel sales by routing contacts to alternative channels.
• Target high-potential customers for visits and plan/post-visit work.
• Promote application-based selling.
• Position Berner as premium brand and trusted consultant.
• Handle objections, delivery, quality claims; negotiate terms and margins.
• Ensure data quality in CRM and adhere to tour plan.
