CBRE Portugal is seeking a Field Technical Support Engineer to help keep our Lisbon and Porto offices running smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for IT incidents, delivering deskside and end-user support across teams.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage tickets to SLA targets, and assist with AV and printer tasks. Collaboration with the EMEA D&T team and a proactive, service-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualificações

• Hands-on IT support experience
• Strong customer-service mindset
• Experience with Windows 11 environments
• Familiarity with Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of Active Directory and printer/AV troubleshooting
• Good Portuguese, English and Spanish communication skills
• ITIL, MCDST, MSA, CompTIA A+ or Network+ is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Provide deskside and end-user technology support to colleagues
• Investigate and resolve day-to-day IT issues with minimal disruption
• Escalate and manage tickets within SLAs and document steps taken
• Support meeting room AV setups and printer maintenance
• Collaborate with the EMEA D&T team on new deployments and testing
• Communicate clearly with users about ticket status and resolutions
