Job summary

Kenvue in Portugal is recruiting for a Field and Customer Activation professional. You will support Channel and Field Activation strategies for Mass Market and Pharmacy, ensuring Perfect Store standards and superior in-store shopper experience.

The role collaborates with Field and Sales teams, supports annual activation planning, monitors KPIs, and prepares presentations. Degree in Management/Economics/Marketing with 2–3 years FMCG experience preferred; hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Management, Economics or Marketing.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in FMCG or pharmacy-related business.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting complex data.
• Proficiency with MS Office and digital communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to channel and field activation strategies with strong execution at points of sale.
• Ensure Perfect Store standards and superior shopper experience.
• Support annual activation planning and deployment across channels.
• Collaborate with Field, Sales, Brand Activation, and external agencies.
• Prepare content and presentations for field meetings and reviews.
• Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to provide actionable insights.
