Job summary

Nestlé Portugal in Linda-a-Velha, Portugal is seeking a CDT Activation Specialist – Confectionery to drive category strategies across trade touchpoints, activating POS visibility and shopper engagement to fuel growth in retail and proximity channels.

You'll coordinate with Marketing, Sales and external agencies, support planogram execution, analyze performance and ROI, and partner with field teams to unlock opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• 2–3 years in Commercial Development, Sales, Trade Marketing or Category roles.
• Knowledge of retail and shopper dynamics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency.
• Results-oriented and agile approach.

Responsibilities
