Job summary

Randstad Digital Portugal seeks a Fee Payables Senior Officer to oversee computation, monitoring, reconciliation and payment of invoices for various commissions. The role involves acting as a link to multiple departments and contributing to efficiency improvements within the team.

The position focuses on autonomous stakeholder engagement, end-user reporting, and timely payment validations as part of monthly close processes. Lisbon-based role in a dynamic finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Takes part in process improvement initiatives under supervision.
• Acts as point of contact for Front Office, Middle Office, Finance and other stakeholders, acting autonomously.
• Contributes to team reporting needs and uses reporting tools as an end user.
• Provides quick feedback to internal/external sources and escalates issues with support from the Team Leader.
• Manages value-added tasks delegated by the Team Leader, such as End Of Month requests or Payment Validation.

Job description

The Fee Payables Senior Officer is in charge of the computation, monitoring, reconciliation and payment of invoices concerning several types of commissions, while acting as a point of contact to the relevant departments and contributing to team's efficiency improvement.

Salary Range:

Main Tasks:

• Takes part in initiatives of processes improvement, like Transformation Projects, Committees (New Activity Committee and Transaction Approval Committee), IG mission, and Incidents, under the supervision of the Team Leader or Manager.


• Point of contact for the different Business stakeholders (Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, Procurement, Accounting Controls, and others) acting autonomously


• Active contributor to the team reporting needs, being an end user of reporting tools.


• Provide quick feedback to internal/ external sources, and also follow-ups on difficult topics (\"escalations\"), with the support of the Team Leader.


• Manages added value tasks that have been delegated by the Team leader, like End Of Month requests or Payment Validation.
