You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software, and set up new systems while maintaining documentation and efficient client communication.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a computer support role, strong hardware/software knowledge, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a computer support specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software and networking systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install and set up new computer systems.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks on computer systems.
• Keep track of support tickets and document solutions for future reference.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
