SnapReach Media in Faro, Portugal is seeking an experienced Computer Support Specialist for a part-time role with potential for future full-time. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software, and set up new systems while maintaining documentation and efficient client communication.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a computer support role, strong hardware/software knowledge, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a computer support specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software and networking systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.

We are a growing computer support company based in Faro seeking an experienced and skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time in the future.

As a Computer Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, setting up new computer systems and performing regular maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Must have your own accommodation in Faro or be willing to relocate
• Valid visa to work in Portugal

Salary We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this part-time position.
