Jing Hau in Faro, Portugal seeks an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to clients in the Faro area. You will be the first point of contact for computer issues and will troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly while communicating clearly with non-technical users.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will install and configure computer systems and applications, maintain and upgrade existing setups, train end-users, and keep accurate records.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as IT Support Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
