O/a candidato/a irá colaborar com Marketing, gerenciar grupos e eventos, acompanhar tendências e assegurar um serviço de alta qualidade.

Qualificações

• Graduação especializada ou universitária.
• 1–3 anos de experiência na função.
• Excelente comunicação em inglês e português.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir todas as reservas de restaurante e bar com precisão e alocação ótima de mesas.
• Maximizar upselling promovendo lugares premium e eventos especiais.
• Monitorizar capacidade e inventário, equilibrando satisfação e receita.
• Colaborar com Marketing para alinhar reservas com campanhas e posicionamento da marca.
• Gerir reservas de grupos e eventos, com acompanhamento financeiro.
• Analisar tendências de reservas e apresentar relatórios para decisões operacionais.
• Manter comunicação com hóspedes, garantindo serviço personalizado.
• Colaborar com gestores de espaço para ajustar políticas de reservas.
• Apoiar iniciativas de fidelização de convidados através de interações de reservas.
• Procurar melhorias de processos para elevar a experiência de reserva.

Mission: Responsible for managing the entire reservations process for all outlets, ensuring seamless guest experience on the booking process, while driving revenue through effective upselling strategies. This role focuses on optimizing inventory and table management, collaborating closely with the Marketing team to strengthen brand positioning and handling group and event bookings. The F&B Reservations Specialist will be a key point of contact for guests and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and an elevated level of service.

Job Description

• Manage all restaurant and bar reservations using the reservations system, ensuring accuracy and optimal table allocation;
• Maximize upselling opportunities by promoting premium seating, special events, and exclusive dining experiences;
• Monitor and optimize outlet capacity and inventory, balancing guest satisfaction and revenue generation;
• Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to align reservations strategy with promotional campaigns and brand positioning;
• Handle group and event reservations, including financial follow-up and debt management;
• Analyze reservations trends and provide reports to support operational and strategic decisions;
• Maintain strong guest communication, ensuring personalized service and timely responses to inquiries;
• Collaborate with outlet managers to anticipate demand and adapt reservations policies as needed;
• Support the development and implementation of guest loyalty initiatives through reservations interactions;
• Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate the guest booking experience.

Education/Professional Experience
