Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a passionate Maitre to lead the F&B operations of our hotel in Setúbal/Almada. You will manage day-to-day restaurant, lounge, and room service activities, ensuring service quality and profitability.

You will supervise staff, implement menu planning with quality criteria, maintain guest relations, handle feedback, and contribute to the annual F&B budget while Upselling to increase department income.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2–3 years of F&B supervisory experience in hotels or related industries.
• Vocational training in hospitality/F&B is required.
• Fluency in local language; English knowledge is valuable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, TMS and POS systems.
• Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day F&B operations across restaurant, lounge and room service.
• Organize, coordinate and supervise shifts of the F&B team.
• Ensure service quality aligns with brand standards and profitability targets.
• Train, supervise and provide feedback to staff; maintain guest engagement.
• Oversee menu planning with quality criteria and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to annual F&B budget and control costs.
