CTS Group in Portugal seeks a strategic Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO, bridging Norway, Finland and Portugal operations. The role combines executive advisory, project oversight and governance, ensuring priorities translate into actions across the business.

As a senior electrical engineer by background, you will bring technical credibility to bids and projects, drive cross-functional planning, and lead AI-enabled governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, with MBA or business postgraduate qualification as an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in electrical engineering with leadership roles.
• Experience working with CEO-level stakeholders and multi-country teams (Norway, Finland, Portugal).
• Strong understanding of MV/HV substations, EPC lifecycle and project delivery.
• Proficiency in AI tooling and data-driven governance (Claude is mandatory).

Responsabilités

• Advise the CEO on business, operational and technical matters and manage executive priorities.
• Coordinate weekly executive meetings, quarterly reviews and strategy sessions.
• Prepare briefings, analyses and recommendations for key CEO and client meetings.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and track actions to closure.
• Lead KPI dashboards and performance reporting at company level.
• Provide engineering insight into major bids, risks and technology choices.
• Oversee governance, approvals and communication with the Board and CTS Group.
