VitalEssence Spa in Braga, Portugal is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations. You will develop and refresh creative menus, ensure top quality, manage inventory, and train staff. Visa sponsorship and accommodation are available for international applicants.

This role requires strong leadership, high-volume kitchen experience, and excellent English communication to coordinate with diverse team members and front-of-house staff.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Passion for culinary arts and creative approach to menu planning.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including menu planning, purchasing and presentation.
• Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks as needed.
• Ensure food is prepared to company standards and recipes.
• Train new employees on cooking techniques and safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels for food and kitchen supplies.
• Create new menu items based on seasonal offerings or customer feedback.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
• Adhere to health codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to create a seamless dining experience for guests.
