LuxGuard Solutions in Braga, Portugal, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in a fine dining setting. You will create and execute an exceptional menu highlighting local ingredients and Portuguese flavors, while upholding top standards of quality and presentation.

You will plan all kitchen operations, train and mentor staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with front-of-house to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar in high-end settings.
• Knowledge of Portuguese cuisine and local ingredients.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication with staff and front-of-house.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
• Develop creative menus showcasing Portuguese cuisine.
