BYD Group is seeking an Aftersales Spare Parts Specialist in Lisbon to manage DMS spare parts master data and optimize system performance across European markets. You will support dealers, monitor delivery KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in spare parts operations.

The role requires a strong automotive parts background, a technical/engineering/management degree, and 5+ years in a related field within automotive/E-mobility, with fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualificações

• Strong automotive parts background and knowledge of spare parts operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in technical/engineering/management.
• At least 5 years in a similar automotive/E-mobility role within importer or OEM.

Responsabilidades

• Manage DMS spare parts system master data and ensure data quality.
• Coordinate dealer and customer requests; process orders and invoicing.
• Monitor delivery KPIs and spare parts performance across Europe.
• Lead collection and processing of customer feedback from emails, TIS, and tickets.
• Deploy and monitor spare parts projects and policies with cross-functional teams Europe/China.
