BYD Group is seeking an Aftersales Spare Parts Specialist based in Lisbon to manage DMS spare parts master data across Europe, support dealers, and resolve ordering issues. You will monitor KPIs and collaborate with teams in Europe and China to drive process improvements and customer satisfaction.

You will lead data maintenance, handle dealer inquiries, and contribute to European spare parts initiatives and policy deployments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in technical/engineering/management required.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive/E-mobility within importer or OEM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the processing and maintenance of DMS spare parts system master data and optimization.
• Coordinate collection and processing of customer emails and tickets for spare parts support.
• Monitor KPI indicators and delivery times for spare parts in European markets.
• Collaborate with customer care, logistics, planning and other teams in Europe and China.
• Drive deployment and reporting of spare parts projects and policies to dealers.
