Biorce, a pioneering Healthtech company, seeks a Director of Clinical Solutions to drive commercial expansion in Europe, focusing on mid-market and growth-stage pharma/biotech. You will build senior relationships, own a defined territory, and position Biorce as a category leader in AI for clinical development.

You will operate with autonomy, managing pipeline, opportunities, and customer relationships across Europe, delivering strategic value and ROI through innovative solutions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in BD, enterprise sales, strategic accounts, or partnerships in clinical technology or life sciences.
• Deep understanding of clinical development and an established network across European biotech/pharma.
• Experience selling to emerging/growth-phase pharma and biotech organizations.
• Proven track record of pipeline generation and closing new business.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities with senior stakeholders across clinical, operational, and technical functions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure with mid-market, emerging biotech, and pharma across Europe.
• Hit quarterly and annual targets and deliver against ambitious commercial goals.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies with senior leadership.
• Identify high-potential accounts and key decision makers across clinical development, operations, R&D, and technology.
• Build trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Manage multiple opportunities with pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy.
