RB Pharma in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an accomplished CEO to guide executive leadership, P&L, and regulatory compliance across Europe. The role combines strategic growth with hands-on management of supplier networks and GDP adherence, including INFARMED interfaces.

Flexible/remote with travel is offered, with a requirement to lead cross-functional teams and drive expansion while ensuring regulatory excellence across the EU market.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in executive leadership in pharma wholesale or distribution.
• Proven P&L management in SME environments.
• Deep knowledge of GDP, INFARMED regulatory framework.
• Experience with intra-EU pharmaceutical sourcing.
• Hands-on ERP experience; Odoo preferred.
