ManpowerGroup GBS Portugal in Porto seeks a strategic Credit & Collections Manager to lead end-to-end Credit Management and Collections across multiple European markets. You will drive cash collections, optimize working capital, and elevate processes with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

You will report to the OTC Director, coach a high-performing team, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, Billing, Customer Service, Legal, and external customers to deliver best-in-class service.

Formación

• 8+ years in Credit Management, Collections, AR, or OTC in a multi-country setting.
• Experience leading large teams and transforming collections processes.
• Knowledge of staffing/workforce solutions industry is a plus.
• Experience with ERP and Oracle used in AR/Credit management.
• Track record in reducing DSO and bad debt exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Credit Management and Collections across multiple European markets.
• Drive cash collection performance, reduce overdue debt, and optimize working capital.
• Develop and execute proactive collection strategies by customer risk profiles.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing collections team.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Billing, Customer Service, Legal, and Operations.
• Represent the GBS Credit & Collections function in governance forums and reviews.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process harmonization, automation, and controls.
• Ensure compliance with local market requirements and regulatory obligations.
