Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Head of Bid Management - Continental Europe to lead the Bid Management and Engagement Management capability across Continental Europe, supporting opportunities from Finland to Portugal and collaborating with Country Presales Leaders and Global Presales.

The role reports to the Head of Presales, leading a team of Bid Managers and Engagement Managers, driving the transformation from Bid Management towards Engagement Management, and helping shape capability and leadership

Qualifications

• Experience leading Bid Management, Engagement Management, or Presales.
• Proven track record of leading professionals across multiple countries.
• Experience supporting large, complex, strategic opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to coach, challenge and develop senior professionals.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language.
• Experience in multicultural, matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Continental Europe Bid Management and Engagement Management community.
• Drive the transformation from Bid Management to Engagement Management across the region.
• Coach and support teams on complex strategic opportunities.
• Lead capability development, workforce planning, performance management and succession planning activities.
• Support management of the Continental Europe Presales budget and forecasting activities.
• Build strong partnerships with Country Presales Leaders, Sales teams, Strategic Deal teams and Global Presales functions.
• Partner closely with Global Presales teams in India while balancing local market and customer requirements.
• Drive governance, best practices and continuous improvement across the function.
