Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–7 years of hands-on experience in technical service, diagnostics, or aftersales support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level technical assistance to distributors, dealers, and fleet operators across Europe.
• Travel to dealer or customer locations to assist with urgent technical issues.
• Conduct investigations into vehicle failures and recommend corrective actions.
