BYD Group seeks a Technical Support Engineer to act as the main technical interface between headquarters, regional partners, workshop networks, and customers across Europe.

You will analyze issues, provide remote and on-site support, and contribute to training, documentation, and rapid response to critical events while traveling throughout Europe.

A engineering degree with 3+ years in technical support, NEV/EV knowledge, fluent English, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualificações

• Requires university degree in engineering or computer science and solid technical foundation.
• Fluent English with strong communication across cultures.
• Strong fault diagnosis, root-cause analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to regional partners, workshops, and customers across Europe through portals, remote diagnostics, on-site assistance, and other channels.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and support implementation of solutions.
• Participate in regional visits, technical meetings, and training activities.
• Support planning and delivery of technical training, including on-site product launches and updates.
• Monitor failure trends and quality concerns across Europe with timely reporting and escalation.
• Collaborate with teams to investigate regional technical and quality issues.
• Contribute to publication of technical documentation and notices.
• Manage special or critical technical events with rapid response and on-site troubleshooting.
• Share field experience to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
• Travel frequently across Europe to provide on-site support and partner assistance.
