BYD Europe is seeking a Regional After Sales Representative for Passenger Cars to strengthen the service level across the region. You will support local dealers, ensure proper service procedures, and drive after-sales initiatives in collaboration with BYD HQ.

The role requires travel within the territory and abroad, including potential trips to China. Responsibilities include maintaining high service quality, deploying IT systems, and coordinating with spare parts and warranty teams to improve

Qualificações

Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent
3+ years in automotive/E-mobility in an importer or OEM
Excellent written and verbal English (mandatory); Chinese a plus

Responsabilidades

Support dealer network to ensure high service quality and BYD after-sales processes
Implement and follow aftersales policies and standards
Monitor dealer aftersales plans and activities to meet objectives
Ensure training, tooling and reporting across the network
Introduce and deploy BYD Aftersales IT systems across dealers
Plan dealer visits, meetings, and workshops regionally
Assist in optimizing customer satisfaction and VoC initiatives
Coordinate with spare parts, technical support and warranty teams
