Culture Vitale seeks an experienced commission-based B2B sales freelancer to grow partnerships across Europe. You will prospect, engage, and secure bookings for immersive wellbeing, creativity, and development experiences, working with HR, L&D, and leadership teams.

You operate independently, manage your own schedule, and earn uncapped commissions with potential for a future retainer or salaried role. Fluent English preferred; others helpful.

Qualificações

• Proven B2B sales experience across Europe with acquisition/management of accounts.
• Freelance/independent contractor mindset, comfortable with commission-based selling.
• Fluent English; other EU languages are a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers across Europe.
• Introduce and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality.
• Convert conversations into bookings and nurture repeat business.
• Act as a commercial lead and build long-term client relationships.
