Claranet limited, located in Lisboa, is seeking a Unified Communications and Collaboration Support Engineer to join their internal team. In this role, you will deliver advanced support, implement changes, and resolve complex escalations within agreed SLAs.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on experience in unified communications and strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and collaboration tools.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years' experience in unified communications support.
• Experience with VoIP and SIP trunking technologies.
• Effective communicator with written and verbal English skills.
