Job summary

Hiscox SA is seeking a Financial Controlling & Reporting Analyst to support financial stewardship, governance and oversight across Hiscox SA, its branches and European entities including HASAS.

You will act as the key interface with the external finance provider and local stakeholders, review and challenge financial outputs, and coordinate reporting, compliance and governance activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Professional accounting qualification would be advantageous.
• Experience in financial services and multi-country/regulatory environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support financial oversight of Hiscox SA and European entities.
• Coordinate inputs and deliverables for local Boards and governance forums.
• Review financial reporting, balance sheets and control outputs.
• Assist with regulatory and statutory reporting activities.
• Support interactions with regulators, internal and external auditors.
