Ideastation in Lagoa, São Miguel, Azores is seeking an Internship L to provide a trusted post-booking point of contact for North American travelers. You will assist before, during and after bookings, resolving requests with speed and empathy across phone, email, chat and SMS.

Qualificações

• Degree in Tourism, Management, Languages or similar.
• Fluent English – spoken and written.
• Strong empathy, patience and customer focus.
• Good listening skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Be the trusted post-booking point of contact for clients — supporting them before, during and after their trip
• Resolve requests with speed and empathy, anticipating needs and ensuring every client feels supported right through to their return home
• Answer questions about bookings, payments, travel documentation and changes via phone, email, chat and SMS
• Handle changes, cancellations and disruptions professionally and in line with brand policies
• Collaborate with the Sourcing & Procurement and Sales teams whenever the situation requires it

What you’ll do

• Be the trusted post-booking point of contact for clients — supporting them before, during and after their trip

• Answer questions about bookings, payments, travel documentation and changes via phone, email, chat and SMS

Who you are
