What will you do?

• Support the daily run activities of Kafka and Qlik Replicate platforms, ensuring stability and operational excellence.
• Manage timely incident resolution and contribute to robust production monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Execute standard changes, service requests, and maintain operational documentation.
• Strengthen the team's autonomy on Qlik operations and enhance Kafka production support.
• Progressively develop understanding of the related Cloudera platform dependencies.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience of 3+ years in production support, middleware operations, or platform operations, ideally within banking or critical production environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in Kafka administration, operational support, and incident troubleshooting.
• Experience with Qlik Replicate or similar replication/CDC technologies, along with a good understanding of database replication concepts.
• Solid understanding of production environments, monitoring tools, incident management, and operational procedures; exposure to Cloudera is a plus.
• Proficiency in Linux administration basics and efficient log analysis.
• Ability to work autonomously in an L2 support model, ensuring high-quality communication, handovers, and full proficiency in English.
