KCS IT is seeking an experienced ERP Primavera consultant to join our team in a hybrid role based in Montijo, near Lisbon. You will work with multiple clients, delivering Primavera CRM support and optimization while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3-4+ years of ERP Primavera experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on Primavera CRM support, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Portuguese along with English at B2+ level.

Qualificações

• 3-4+ years of experience as ERP Primavera consultant.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience supporting Primavera CRM (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Primavera CRM functionalities and business processes.
• Experience troubleshooting functional issues and providing user guidance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with ticketing systems and incident management.
• Good communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluent Portuguese (mandatory). English level B2 or higher (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Provide user guidance and support for Primavera CRM users.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with clients to resolve incidents.
