KCS IT is seeking a Senior PMO to join our team in a hybrid role based in Porto, Portugal. You will oversee PMO activities across complex, international SAP/ERP projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing risks, issues, and escalations while engaging with senior stakeholders.

Fluent English and Portuguese are required, and prior experience with procurement, vendors, and financial control will be highly valued.

Qualificações

• Solid professional experience in PMO for at least 6 years.
• Experience managing SAP / ERP-related projects or programs.
• Experience in complex and international project environments.
• Proven experience coordinating and/or managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong experience in Risk Management, Issue Management and Escalation Management.
• Experience with budget management and financial control within projects/programs.
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills, including interaction with senior management.
• Experience working with external vendors, suppliers and partners.
• Experience with Procurement / supplier management is highly valued.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Fluent Portuguese is required.

• Experience with Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience managing third-party teams or external PMO resources.
• Knowledge of Procurement processes and/or enterprise transformation projects.
