KCS IT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Lisbon team on a hybrid basis. You will lead technology or digital transformation projects, manage the full lifecycle from planning to closure, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business, IT and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of PM experience, strong Agile knowledge (Scrum/Kanban) and familiarity with PMI/PRINCE2, plus excellent communication and planning. Fluent English required.

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate with diverse stakeholders (business, IT, vendors).
• Proficient with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiar with traditional PM frameworks (PMI, PRINCE2).
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello.

• At least 4 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology or digital transformation projects.


• Strong track record managing the entire project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.


• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (business, IT, vendors).


• Proficient with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiar with traditional PM frameworks (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).


• Experienced with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello, etc.


• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.


• Fluent English (spoken and written)


• Experience with budget and risk management.
