KCS IT is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Porto (Hybrid) to lead complex IT delivery with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings +5 years in project/delivery management, deep SDLC knowledge, and strong DevOps sensibilities, including CI/CD practices. French fluency is mandatory.

You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across multiple clients in Benelux and other projects, balancing remote, onsite, and hybrid work arrangements as part of a dynamic team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• +5 years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Management within IT environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD practices and DevOps concepts.
• Experience with process improvement, standardization and software delivery optimization.
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and influence technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in cross-functional and complex environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in French is mandatory.
