Qualificações

• ITIL and ITSM knowledge essential.
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and service lifecycle.
• Strong vendor management in outsourced/hybrid models.

• Oversee operations for enterprise applications ensuring availability and performance.
• Lead major incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Oversee changes and releases per ITIL with risk assessment.
• Drive automation to improve monitoring, deployment, and support processes.
