Wire IT is seeking an AI Literacy & Copilot Lead to drive deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI initiatives. The role is remote from Portugal and requires leading adoption programs, designing use cases, and delivering workshops for business users and leadership.

You will work with an experienced team, ensure governance and responsible AI practices, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to maximize value from Copilot technologies.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI adoption, or digital workplace transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI concepts, responsible AI, and regulations such as GDPR and the EU AI Act.
• Experience designing Copilot use cases, prompt engineering, and business adoption strategies.
• Proven experience creating training materials, learning journeys, and delivering workshops for business users and leadership teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting large-scale Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption programmes is highly valued.
• Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft 365, or Artificial Intelligence are a plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
