Ersilia is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon, Portugal. This full-time role offers a 40-hour week on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, supporting both consumer and business users as part of an international AI initiative.

You'll handle multi-channel inquiries, troubleshoot issues, guide users on features, and contribute to high-quality support while benefiting from comprehensive training and career

Qualificações

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong interest in AI and new technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and comfortable troubleshooting issues.
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position operating on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, with schedules provided in advance. You’ll support both consumers and business users while gaining hands-on experience within the rapidly evolving AI industry.

Your Qualifications:
