Adecco Permanent Recruitment in Lisbon is seeking a customer support specialist to assist users of an AI-powered platform. You will handle calls, emails, and chat, guide users through solutions, and ensure a high-quality experience.

Requirements include native or fluent English, experience in customer service, and EU citizenship or Portuguese residence. The role is onsite in Lisbon (Moscavide) with paid training and relocation support for those moving to the city.

Qualificações

• Native-level or fluent English (mandatory).
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Contact Centres, Customer Support, or Telecommunications.
• Interest in technology, AI, and digital tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
• Availability to work onsite in Lisbon (Moscavide).
