Job summary

Colep Consumer Products is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to drive innovative engineering solutions, challenging the status quo and ensuring sustainability in project management. You will lead mechanical, electrical, automation, and infrastructural initiatives, from scope through to delivery, ensuring content, cost and timing targets with stakeholders.

The role emphasizes sustainable handover, ongoing optimization, and collaboration with procurement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrotechnical or Electromechanical).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong planning and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different stakeholders.
• Fluency in English.

Job description

The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for delivering innovative engineering solutions by challenging the status quo and ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability in the engineering projects management.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and implement engineering projects (mechanic, electric, automation, and infrastructural) in terms of content, cost, and timing;

Sustainable Handover

• Properly definition of the scope, timings and deliverables with stakeholders, including training, operational procedures and preventive Maintenance;

Identify opportunities (including cost savings), propose and implement improvement engineering projects and ensure the best cost/quality/time solution by negotiation (with Procurement support).

We are looking for:

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanic, Electrotechnical or Electromechanical);
• At least 3-years previous experience in a similar position;
• Planning and organizational profile;
• Abillity to adapt the communication style to different stakeholders;
• Fluency in English;
