Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in backend software development with leadership responsibility (Team Lead or Engineering Manager).
• Experience leading remote, cross‑functional teams and delivering scalable software.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, testing, and CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Hiring, mentoring, and managing performance within the team.
• Improving delivery flow and refining day‑to‑day processes.
• Monitoring and analyzing team performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Providing regular reporting to the Director of Engineering for effective decision‑making.
• Collaborating with leadership to align technical and product strategies.
• Overseeing architectural design and implementation of systems.
• Tracking system performance against non‑functional requirements.
• Leading internal and cross‑functional projects to optimize development.
