Match Profiler is seeking a .NET Tech Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable solutions, connecting technical and business teams and owning the technical vision for high-quality production releases.

The role provides hands-on leadership, mentors teams on architecture, and guides development decisions while staying current with AI/ML, PWA, distributed databases, and UX. Remote, globally collaborative role with cross-time-zone delivery.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent.
6+ years of software development experience and 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
Experience in web/mobile development, solution architecture, performance, and project delivery.
Ability to lead global technical projects across teams and time zones.
OutSystems project experience and certifications.
Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (B2 or above).

Responsabilidades

Lead the technical delivery and architecture of projects from ideation to production.
Design scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.
Provide hands-on technical leadership and ensure overall solution quality.
Mentor development teams on architecture and best practices.
Work with customers and internal teams to resolve dependencies and understand strategic requirements.
Contribute to the technical growth of the professional services team through documentation and knowledge sharing.
