Remote is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Remote Build team to connect customers’ systems and workflows to Remote’s global platform. You will shape integrations with partner APIs, drive reliability, and define repeatable patterns for scalable adoption.

You’ll lead cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, design, operations, and GTM, while maintaining a strong user‑centred focus and clear external communication. This remote role offers async collaboration and global impact.

Qualificações

• Senior‑Level Experience: Track record as a Product Manager with a focus on Integrations, APIs, or Platform ecosystems.
• Strong customer focus and collaboration with external partners.
• Experience aligning cross‑functional stakeholders and translating requirements into technical specs.

Responsabilidades

• Integration Architecture & Design: lead discovery into APIs, data flows, auth, and compliance across 100+ countries.
• Customer‑Led Prioritization: prioritize integration work by impact and feasibility.
• Cross‑Functional Orchestration: connect engineering, design, ops, GTM, sales, CX and partners.
• Quality & Reliability: ensure data accuracy, observability, and reliable integrations.
• Measure Integration Impact: track KPIs for adoption, reliability and customer outcomes.
• Repeatable Patterns: codify reference architectures and playbooks for faster adoption.
