Luza Tecnologia seeks an experienced AI Product Lead to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative AI-driven products. You will work with engineering, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to turn customer needs into scalable solutions with measurable impact.

Responsibilities include owning the product vision, conducting market research, translating AI capabilities into features, and leading launches while driving alignment across teams.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading software products in Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Leadership roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS or technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, or Generative AI products.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, product discovery, roadmap management, and backlog prioritization.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
• Experience with process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Experience working with multicultural and distributed teams.
