Pleo is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams and drive technical excellence. You will report to the Product Lead and mentor a cross‑functional group including Product Managers, Engineers, and Tech Leads.

You’ll foster ownership, set clear expectations, and ensure delivery of high‑quality software that scales with the business. You’ll champion AI adoption, coach engineers, and partner with product and design to create robust, innovative solutions.

Qualificações

• Software engineering background with leadership experience.
• Ability to train and upskill engineers and tech leads.
• Proven track record mentoring teams and delivering complex software.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage, mentor, and oversee engineering teams.
• Define vision with Product Leads and align technical direction.
