Syffer is seeking a Senior Engineering Lead to drive software delivery across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. You will own execution aligned with the technology roadmap and work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate priorities into achievable plans.

You will coach engineers, promote engineering best practices, and guide efforts to improve code quality, testing, maintainability, and operational excellence while balancing business requirements and technical strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering teams to deliver software predictably, efficiently, and with high quality.
• Own delivery execution while ensuring alignment with the organization's technology roadmap.
• Coach, mentor, and support engineers through regular feedback, career development, staffing, and performance management.
• Promote engineering best practices, technical standards, and sustainable development processes.
• Drive improvements in software quality, maintainability, testing, and operational excellence.
• Partner closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate business priorities into realistic delivery plans.
• Serve as the technical counterpart to the Product Owner, helping balance technical and business needs.
• Contribute to technology strategy, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across engineering teams.
